I decided to cook this chicken and olive dish tonight... I can't really tell you what it's called because it has some beautiful Italian name. Antonella made it for Carmela's birthday a few weeks ago and I haven't stopped thinking about it since!  I also picked up some hard apple cider at Lowe's.  It's perfect for fall!
